Everyone’s skincare journey is different. I would recommend anyone starting off in skincare to start with the basics cleanser, charcoal mask, and moisturizer. CC serum, Toner, and Herbal eye gel is only needed to treat certain skincare conditions, but can be used as preventative care.

Ground shipping is 3-7 days. Express shipping can be 2-5 and overnight shipping, all orders need to be made before noon Eastern Standard time or package will be shipped out the next business day. We do not ship out directly from our site to other countries, however you can purchase our products online at Flyiningsolo.nyc which ships to other countries.

You may return unopened products within 14 days for a full refund by calling or contacting us via email and we will send out a shipping label free of charge, and any products that have been opened will will not accepted. If you bought products at our store in New York you have to return to physical store for refund.
