Winter Skincare

Winter can be very crucial on skin. This time of year the skin tends to dry and become fragile. You’ve tried many different products to help keep your skin moist and healthy, but for some reason it doesn’t work. I am here to tell you that all that is about to change. Many people ask me how is it that your skin stays radiant and healthy during a time like this. I tell them is all in the skincare products and daily regimens!

For starters I love to use my oil cleanser twice a day. Wash in the morning and in the evening. When cleansing your face you must try to clean daily to remove all oils, dirt, and impurities your skin tends to lock in. This is a good start to your winter skincare regimen. The perfect 10 oil cleanser also helps your face stay moist which is one thing that stands out from most cleansers. I use my charcoal mask three times a week to help my skin naturally exfoliates so that it can get deeper into my skin removing even more dirt and oils trapped in my pores. This should only be done no more than three times a week in between cleanses. The best part is using the hydrating moisturizer. This moisturizer helps the face stay hydrated for 72 hours. During the winter you should always have a moisturizer that keeps the skin smooth, moist, and radiant. I moisturize after every cleanse. The best part is that the moisturizer helps me to build moisture on my own, so when winter is over I will not have to moisturize as much during the spring and summer.

Another thing I must also mention is drinking water. Water helps tremendously in the winter. Not drinking enough could make the skin dry as well as the lips. I drink 4-8 glasses daily so that my skin and lips stay hydrated. Make sure you are following a daily skincare regimen along with drinking water and you’ll achieve hydrated radiant glowing skin during the winter!
